Returns
We offer a 2 Day Return Policy for all our products. Returns are accepted only for
the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged Product
- Incorrect Product
Item can not be exchanged or returned for below cases:
- All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market.
- Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Care instructions not being followed.
- Products that are purchased from outside India.
ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a exchange on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To exchange an item, please follow the Exchange Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will exchange the product.
